We had a great time at Bistrot La Varenne last night! Just the Lyon vibe we were looking for. We came with my dog, quite a size (40kg) and they helped us move to a corner table where the dog can have more space, the owner provided water too :) We ordered pull pork, octopus and other cold plates to share, all delicious. The fries seemed soggy but surprisingly very tasty. The recommended white wine for my friend was good as well.
