Comment se faire détester par les citoyens ? Engager des travaux dispendieux dans toute la ville au grand dam des commerçants (de nombreux dépôts de bilan), des livreurs, des artisans, des automobilistes, des conducteurs de bus, des piétons, des handicapés, des mamans avec une poussette de bébé, des séniors, des touristes ... Imposer des installations moches à 1,5 million d'euros (officiel, mais est ce reel ?) pour 2 ans, qui vont être irrécupérables à court terme.
