Obecnie chyba jedno z najlepszych centrów handlowych w Lublinie. Zawsze czysto, można coś zjeść, kupić spożywkę, ciuchy czy nawet meble. Właściwie niczego nie brakuje, odkąd wprowadziły się znane sieci odzieżowe. Na parkingu jest darmowy odkurzacz i kompresor, ostatnio pojawiła się myjnia Karcher (nie wiem jeszcze jak z cenami, ale można płacić kartą). Jest skatepark i tor agility dla psów. Zawsze można znaleźć miejsce do parkowania.
