Pendant la période de Noël 2023 nous nous baladions dans la vieille ville de Lublin, et sommes tombés sur le marché avec ses nombreuses cabanes de petits commerçants. Après un verre de vin chaud, la faim s'est fait ressentir et nous avons aperçu ce stand. Nous avons adoré, le sodziak était aéré et délicieux, la viande fraîche.. le service très agréable et chaleureux.. avec la neige qui tombait nous avons dégusté le burger sur un banc à côté de la grande place et nous nous sommes régalés! Le seul petit bémol était qu'il n'y avait plus de betterave donc nous n'en n'avons pas eu, mais nous reviendrons une prochaine fois pour avoir le burger complet !

Spotkalem Panów dość przypadkowo i postanowilem sprobować ich hamburgera z food trucka. Zainteresował mnie ten sodziak choc jestem z lubelszczyzny to pierwszy taz o nim usluszalem. No i sie nie zawiodlem. Burger byl pyszny mieso soczyste czuc bylo ze to jest dobra wolowinka. Inne skladniki świeże no i ten sodziak idealnie pasował. Cał burger był taki lekki. Naprawde fajnie sie go jadło. Naprawde polecam . Jak tylko znowu ich gdzies spotkam to wpadam na żarełko. Panowie tak trzymać.
