Zawsze wszystko było w porządku – miła obsługa, przyjemna atmosfera. Niestety, dzisiejsza wizyta całkowicie mnie rozczarowała. Mój mąż zamówił kawę czekaliśmy około 20 minut. W moim kubku była głównie piana i zaledwie ćwierć kawy. Gdy zwróciłam na to uwagę kelnerce, patrzyła na mnie w milczeniu, bez żadnej reakcji. Poprosiłam o poprawienie kawy – dalej cisza, żadnego słowa. Zostawiłam kubek i wyszłam na zewnątrz. Po około 10 minutach przyniosła nową kawę – tym razem z mniejszą ilością piany, ale nadal bardzo mało kawy. Być może ekspres był źle ustawiony, a może osoba nie potrafiła dobrze przygotować napoju – to nie jest aż tak istotne. Najbardziej zawiodło podejście: zero przeprosin, zero słów – po prostu postawienie kawy na stole w ciszy. Po takim doświadczeniu straciłam ochotę na kolejne wizyty.
