Przyjechałam do Lublina m.in. po to, by odwiedzić znajomych. Zapytałam, gdzie mogę zjeść dobre żarełko i polecono mi Bōru Ramen, dlatego od razu po przyjeździe na dworzec główny udałam się tam taksówką. Wchodząc do restauracji, przywitała nas sympatyczna obsługa i klimatyczny wystrój. Jedna z dziewczyn z obsługi pomogła mi w wyborze ramenu, dobrze opisując, czym różnią się dwie pozycje, nad którymi się zastanawiałam (ostatecznie wybrałam vege tantanmen). Moja mama chciała coś z kurczakiem, dlatego zainteresowała się spicy miso ramenem, ale nie przepada za ostrym jedzeniem. Na szczęście nie było problemu, aby zmodyfikować ramen tak, żeby nie był ostry. Na zamówienie czekałyśmy bardzo krótko. Ja wzięłam wcześniej wspomniany vege tantanmen, kimchi oraz green tea. Ramen był PRZEPYSZNY! Wszystkie dodatki cudownie się ze sobą komponowały, a bulion był kremowy i miał wspaniałą konsystencję oraz smak. Dla mnie porcja była idealna – najadłam się i po raz pierwszy udało mi się zjeść cały ramen. Kimchi również było dobre! Świetnie chrupało i nie było zbyt ostre (dla mnie to na plus) :D. Green tea było niezłe – spoko napój. Ramenu mamy nie próbowałam, ale z tego, co mówiła, również bardzo jej smakował ;> Podsumowując – Bōru Ramen to zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia! Przemiła obsługa, pyszne dania oraz ciekawy wystrój. Lokalizacja też ekstra – obok znajduje się portal, który warto zobaczyć. 5/5!
