Przyszliśmy do Hoseki na ramen i się nie zawiedliśmy. Wybraliśmy ramen z marynowanym boczkiem i o rany... Boczek w ramenie fenomenalny! Bulion i dodatki również. Na pewno wrócimy spróbować innych smaków! Na uwagę zasługują też przepyszne drinki i lemoniada. I przemiła obsługa! Jedyne do czego mam zastrzeżenia to muzyka w lokalu, gdy byliśmy grała playlista w stylu lat 80. Osobiście bardzo lubię te klimaty ale może nie koniecznie pasuje do restauracji sushi/ramen. Generalnie bardzo polecam!

Polecam, dobre jedzenie, wino. Muzyka odpowiadająca klimatowi miejsca. Obsługa nie tylko uprzejma ale przede wszystkim przytomna- Pani potrafiła opowiedzieć o winie, dyskretnie czuwająca, lecz nie narzucająca się. Z odzkolnego mocno lokalu można obserwować ulice i Ogród Saski. Poleceniem może być obecność gości z Japonii. Na pewno wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie w Lublinie.
