"Eigentlich" wollte ich in der Nachbarschaft meiner Ferienwohnung "nur" vegetarisch/vegan essen. Besonders große Erwartungen hatte ich nicht. Die letzten Jahre bedeutete das meist ideenlose Bowls, Pasta mit etwas Gemüse oder Currys. Richtig gut vegetarisch/vegan gekocht wird nur noch selten. Darum war ich so überrascht, auf welch hohem Niveau hier gegessen werden kann. Darum komme ich gleich nochmals, bevor ich wieder nach Hause fahre...
