Eiskaffee ist superlecker, deswegen bin ich dreimal innerhalb von zwei Wochen in die Eisdiele gekommen. Was mir eigentlich nicht gefällt, ist die Sache, dass man nach 19 Uhr draußen nicht sitzen kann, noch schlimmer, nach Hause geschickt wird, obwohl der Laden bis 20 Uhr geöffnet hat. Besonders im Sommer. Es ist kein gutes Gefühl. Genau das ist heute mir passiert und das fand ich unfreundlich. Ich habe zusätzlich ein telefonisches Gespräch leidenschaftlich geführt, aber den Besitzer hat das offensichtlich nicht interessiert. Nur deswegen die schlechtere Note. Freundlichkeit ist auch sehr wichtig, besonders wenn die gleiche Kundin durch öfteres Vorbeikommen zeigt, dass sie mit dem Eiskaffee sehr zufrieden ist. Schade. Hoffentlich wird sich das bald ändern.
