Simple yet effective, entertaining yet unobtrusive. My experience at ZamZam grill is not the least explained by the above terms. From when I walked in, the staff took notice of me like a 5* Hotel Concierge as well as a familiar caring attitude that youd find in a resort or a cruise ship. The space, location, lighting and atmosphere is exactly what London is all about and yes thats how Mr Kalam arranged it. His forward confident yet gentle attitude made me feel reassured that I can have my needs met. For someone who can get picky, he and his team locked in to produce an excellent product of a meal that I had to purchase 2 mains. Both of which Kalam brought out in 2 plates in under 15 minutes. The short chit chat until then insured I was feeling the warmth while the open door brings in the wind from behind your head. Only in london will you find a menu that is specialised to represent the culture and cuisine to accommodate one's Hunger. Eventually I left 100% satisfied as if I didn't have not a single space left. A full tank nothing more nothing less. A smooth ride from the first step till the time I got fed up of just sitting back in my seat after I finished eating. If youre a local, youll know about this shop yet I am not one, so Im proud to have visited a shop that was filled with regulars that made me feel apart of them

The food is top class! Everything I have ordered from the menu has been amazing, taste, serving size, everything! The service is second to none, friendly, helpful and very welcoming! I work about 10 minutes away and live 20 minutes away so safe to say Zamzam is ym new favourite spot!
