Katsu curry came hot and full of flavour but the gyoza could be better.

Today is a sad day. I've been a regular for the past 3 months, and I buy exactly the same thing almost every time: Poke & Chicken Katsu Curry. I spend around £60 a week and it's been an amazing ride so far. It was a good ride, and like all good things, it had to end. YouMeSushi was my favourite fast food because it was the only fast food where I don't feel I was getting ripped off. The day I acknowledge YouMeSushi as my favourite fast food, I stopped using UberEats and any other delivery app. They changed the portion sizes. I called to ask if perhaps this was a mistake and they acknowledge it's a smaller bowl, but they said "It's a different bowl but the same portion". Well, I literally order the same thing twice a week almost every time for the past 3 months. I am familiar with the size of the bowl, how it fits in my hand, how full I am after eating it. The previous bowl was bigger, and the portion was big enough to make it difficult to mix it within the bowl. With a smaller bowl, it's physically impossible for it to be the same portion. I wish I had weighted it on a scale. Now I feel I'm getting ripped off as much as I feel ordering from every other fast food restaurant. YouMeSushi has lost the thing that made it different, the thing that made me not order from anywhere else. It was a good run. I'm glad it happened. I'm sad it's gone.

Quick pit stop for Katsu Curry Chicken. Others do it better.
