Highly recommended, suited for 1-8 persons. Though located in the busy area of Piccadilly, this restaurant is hidden away from the noise and crowds, giving its customers a tranquil atmosphere, which is already a treat. I was welcomed by a shining smile by the staff which released me from the daily stress; it was like being welcomed into their ‘home’. The dishes they serve are unique, from appetizers to dessert, nothing like the usual ones we encounter at other Japanese restaurants in London and even Japan. Then there is the quality. I have been to many Japanese restaurants in London and Japan, but Yoshino is one of the, if not the best. Oh yes, their drink menu is also very good with a mixture of European wine, sake, shochu, Scotch and Japanese whisky, cocktails, and Japanese tea. This place is London’s hidden gem, and the best part is that they are humble and eager to improve all the time.
