We have been to the restaurant a couple of years ago. Was looking forward to the steak. It was my mums birthday. We ordered 3 steaks however they were extremely salty!! Told the waitress and I feel the customer service reaction needs improvement. They seemed reluctant to “believe “ us. I mean why would all 3 of the party of 8 just say this. She said she would speak to the manager. The manager or anyone did not apologise but offered to replace one of the steaks and told us to choose something else. Bad customer service. Sorry won’t be back. They need to improve on how they deal with issues but seemed to take offence. Steak was not up to standards so please reflect guys

Food and service always impeccable here, very family friendly, staff always smiling and great attention to detail. Menu also varied, have been 3 times will no doubt be going lots more, also lots of parking nearby

Ate at Yaz twice during our visit to the London area and would highly recommend for breakfast and dinner! the food was fantastic, the cocktails were amazing and they were on a 2 for 1 as it was midweek! 100% personal thanks to Berfin, she really made us feel special and seen! perfect example of customer service. Will definitely visit again 🥰❤️ p.s. can I have the Lamb Stew recipe!!!
