Popped into Wimpy Woolwich around 10:25am on a Thursday. The place was empty, which felt a bit sad—it's clear the franchise is struggling. That said, the experience itself was decent. I waited a few minutes before being approached by staff, who were attentive and polite. I had my headphones on, but they still managed to get my attention in a respectful way—props for that. Ordered water with lemon, which came quickly, and I had two eggs, a sausage, and a coffee. Food was freshly made and tasted good. The vibe in the restaurant was quiet—lacking energy—but clean and functional. It’s not the buzzing spot it probably used to be, but if you're after a calm, no-fuss breakfast with decent service, it does the job. Overall: ✔️ Good food ✔️ Attentive staff ➖ Quiet atmosphere ➖ Needs a little spark to bring it back to life

Classic Wimpy food which gets 4 stars but the restaurant could do with some renovating. The staff don't look too inviting, the waitress was pleasant but cut a lot of corners by handing menus, food and drinks over dividers to the person directly. The toilets were surprisingly clean but in need of a revamp. Good value for money £30 for 3 meals with drinks although one was a kids meal that also came with a dessert.
