Exceptional! Really blown away eating there last night. The food and service were incredible . Really didn't expect this in a 'local' restaurant - felt like the kind of experience you'd get in a Central London top end restaurant. We called ahead when we had a query on the menu, they couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The staff gave us an amazing welcome - such a friendly vibe, relaxed and attentive. Really knowledgeable - and INTERESTED - about both their food and the really good wine. We ate really amazing vegetarian mains and starters.

My Friday lunch at Wilson’s was a joy from start to finish. I had goat’s cheese profiteroles, mushrooms on toast and a crumble with ice cream and strawberries – every dish was simple but full of flavour. The service was warm, the atmosphere relaxed and the interiors cosy with a touch of charm. It feels like a neighbourhood spot that’s quietly special. A great choice for lunch, dinner or date night in Ladywell.
