Customer service in and of itself naturally varies across the board in every industry, but I was pleased to be served by a staff member who appeared experienced and expressed a warm & helpful demeanour, despite it being super busy with a long queue. (This was especially noted as I recently experienced a traumatic customer service from another company.) I bought two meals and the staff placed them on top of each other in the bag, separated with a folded bag to prevent cross-condensation/leakage between the two meals which is a small thing but one that would make any customer that appreciates the details, very pleased - especially as I was going to take the food home! Utensils and napkins were not forgotten too. Student Discount was also accepted smoothly after showing the UniDays App (however the Free Miso is only accepted on Mondays). *No seats, it's takeaway only.*
