Walton Café is the kind of place that feels like a lucky discovery. It has an unassuming charm, with warm service and a refined but relaxed atmosphere. But what really impressed me was their selection of wines and the exceptional Pinsa Romana. If you're a wine enthusiast, the staff are knowledgeable and happy to make pairings or share background on the bottles. If you’ve never had pinsa before, think of it as a lighter, airier, more digestible cousin of pizza. I went with the pizza bufalina. Whether you're stopping in for a light lunch, a glass of wine and a nibble, or a casual dinner.
