Have visited several times, the food always very good indeed, superb cocktails, quality wine, we had a very lovely server but he seemed very tired, service very slow, busy Saturday night but restaurant quite quiet when we were there. Our dishes were plonked down with huge time gaps between them, so it was a case of eat finish and wait but when the last dishes arrived we took them away as too tired by then. Food always top but service this time was snail pace. I think the staff had a busy, tiring day and we’ve all been struggling in the recent heat so put it down on this. Thanks as always for great food and drinks.

Had a great experience at Wahaca Canary Wharf! The food was delicious and arrived quickly, the drinks were great, and everything was clean and well presented. Our server Stefy was lovely – really friendly and attentive – and the host who seated us was also very welcoming. Will definitely be back!

One of the best Wahaca experiences. The food was just outstanding. Tastes delicious and so fresh. Presentation was great too. The service was impeccable. Such polite staff and so attentive. Didn’t have to look around to find anyone at any point. Simple things like water always being topped up was executed perfectly. 5* service in a chain restaurant is rare. Our server Sasha was the perfect server, outstanding service. The manager Milan was also extremely polite and helpful. Very impressed.
