Placed an order at 7pm on Wednesday evening which never arrived. The money was taken from my account and I received an email confirmation from the restaurant that my order was accepted, then heard nothing further. It’s now Saturday and the money has still not been refunded. Have rang 10+ times and emailed twice. Can only presume there has been some kind of emergency or they have gone bust? Appreciate life happens but they shouldn’t be accepting new orders they know they won’t be fulfilling - seems fraudulent. (Update: the restaurant has now dealt with my complaint satisfactorily, so I’m amending my review from 1 star to 3.)
