Hmm.. a long time visitor to Vijays I was a little disappointed in my last visit. Service, lackadaisical, asked for Ice, didn't get any. Food.. the samoosa chaat been made and sat out too long, hence items that should have been crispy were mushy. The mogo crisps tasted oily and refried? Sauce was still delicious. The restaurant smelled of old oil and ..its lost some charm.

Absolutely no idea why the stars are so low on this place. I've been recommended this place for years and it's been consistently amazing. The chaat is insanely good. I'm yet to find a better one in the country. That's right, best chaat in the country! The paani Puri is great too! The spicy mogo chips might be the hidden gem here too! I'm told the passionfruit juice is great but I personally didn't try them. The service was super quick and it's never expensive. I really hope when the new owners take over they don't replace the recipe. It'll be heartbreaking.
