Easily the best Bún Bò Huế in London. Most Vietnamese restaurants here just use their phở broth and add shrimp paste to call it BBH, but Viet Soho actually does it properly with its own pot of broth, and you can taste the difference. The soup is rich, spicy and so full of flavour, exactly how it should be. The spring rolls are spot on, super crispy and not oily and the gỏi salad is fresh, tangy and delicious. Service is also brilliant. The chefs are lovely, and the owner is so friendly and attentive, you really feel looked after. Honestly, this place nails it ❤️
