I stopped by Urban Meadow Café overlooking Hyde Park and had a really enjoyable visit. The location itself is hard to beat — being right by the park makes it feel both central and relaxed at the same time. The space is bright, clean, and well-kept, with plenty of comfortable seating inside. The outdoor seating is especially nice on a good day, and it’s worth grabbing a table outside if you can, as it adds to the experience. The food was excellent. I tried a few different dishes and was impressed across the board. The club sandwich was generous and satisfying, perfectly layered and full of flavor. The cheese toast was simple but done really well, with good bread and plenty of cheese. The burger was another standout — juicy, well-prepared, and served with just the right sides. Everything tasted fresh and felt carefully put together rather than rushed. Service was one of the highlights. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and quick to help without being overbearing. It made the meal feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, Urban Meadow Café is a great spot whether you’re staying at the hotel or just looking for a place near Hyde Park to grab a good meal. With excellent food, attentive service, and a relaxed setting, it’s definitely somewhere I’d return to.

We didn't realize this spot was in a hotel, but staff were very friendly and seated us right away even though it was busy. We had one of the best mochas weve ever had here!
