Dit lijkt niet op de Twist van enkele jaren geleden. De courgette(bloem?) is meer beslag dan courgette. Voor mij zijn de smaken te bewerkt, zodat je de natuur van de ingrediënten niet meer proeft. Volgens mij te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Dopo la seconda cena in questo ristorante tengo a volerlo consigliare a tutti. Da italiano a Londra è difficilissimo trovare un ristorante di questo livello con altissima qualità a un prezzo realmente abbordabile e onesto. Fabio è una persona fantastica e vi farà sentire come a casa in un ambiente raffinato consigliando certamente anche a voi ottimi piatti con accanto vini ricercati tutt’altro che commerciali.

I have no idea why this place is so hyped. I’m quite disappointed that the experience turned out to be this way as I was really looking forward to it based on the reviews I read online? The service is so slow - this is because they only have one server for the whole front of the house. I feel bad. Food is bland and the prices are exorbitant for what you get in return. Chef and staff are friendly but c’mon, for +£100 per person, you could get so much more.
