I’ve been a loyal customer of Tony’s Pitta for years, but after my last experience I won’t be returning. I mistakenly placed a collection order instead of delivery through their app. When I called to explain, the woman on the phone was dismissive, and offered no help whatsoever simply saying there was ‘nothing we can do.’ What future customers should know is that if anything goes wrong with your order, you should not expect any assistance or basic courtesy over the phone. The lack of customer service is shocking, and instead of resolving the issue, they make you feel like your loyalty doesn’t matter. Great food, but indigent customer care, and that’s why I won’t be back
