Taste and presentation of the food was excellent. The restaurant was neat and clean. Music was good, though a little loud. If one has to raise one's voice to be heard by the person across one's table when music is being played, the music is too loud. India and Indians are known for their warmth and hospitality the world over, but somehow this was not the feeling we got at Tokri! I personally felt that a smiling welcome and service makes a huge difference. This was missing in this restaurant and the absence was glaring because just the previous day we were very warmly welcomed and served with warm, friendly smiles by just 2 staff in an extremely busy Korean restaurant.
