Not the greatest sushi I've ever had. I think the rice was overcooked and didn't have enough vinegar, plus there was too much in proportion to the size of the fish. I noticed the rice much more than the fish as I ate each piece of sushi, which isn't ideal. The best things I ate were the crispy prawn bao buns and the seaweed salad.
