The staff at The Ivy Canary Wharf were not attentative at all. Once we were sat down, it took at least twenty minutes for a staff member to attend our table and ask what we would like to order. It wasn't just us waiting as there were other tables also waiting for service. Been to The Ivy in different parts of The UK and service has never been an issue. The Ivy Cobham Garden and The Ivy Harrogate Garden being our favourite. The food was good, atmosphere was nice but the service was not upto the standards of The Ivy as a whole.

The food at The Ivy in the Park was delicious, but unfortunately the service really let the experience down. We had pre-booked the set menu (which is only available by pre-booking), but weren’t given it when we sat down, and only received it reluctantly after asking. Nobody came to our table for the first 25 minutes, and it took asking three times - and waiting an hour and fifteen minutes - for our drinks to arrive. The Ivy really needs to either recruit more staff or limit covers if they can’t provide enough service for the number of diners. Such a shame, as the food itself was excellent, but overall the experience was very disappointing.

Food is quite delicious here. The crispy duck salad was one of our favorite. The only issue we find is the garnishing side like the potatoes totes with scallops and the fried sweet potatoes chips with the curry was not crispy enough, it was actually kind of soggy. Services wise staff are friendly but it takes quite a while to get your dishes or to place orders etc.
