Great buzz in this pub, food portions are very small for the price and fairly underwhelming quality though. Paid more than 20 pounds for the starter platter - sets of two of a few different starters. Came out very quick so either frozen or under a heater, bang average taste, not very much food for 20 pounds plus a service charge for the food to be brought to the table (not optional). Great pub but wouldn't bother getting food here with better options around the corner.

Great old pub, delightful madness on the weekend... Good beers, Guinness is exceptionally well poured... I didn't eat, so no food ratings, but I hear the pizza is fine.

Surprisingly large and with a multilayered beer garden. Friendly service. Didn't have food, but the beer was good!
