I had a friend recommend the Dutch House to me as a nice cafe..... Tried it today, two lovely ladies serving who both had lovely dispositions, and more importantly, a good sense of humour. The tea was lovely, the sausages were fabulous in my opinion, in fact all the food was lovely.... Will definitely attend again, and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone... Thank you

We visited on a Wednesday for lunch. Perhaps because of this it was not crowded at all and our dishes (omelette and sandwiches) arrived in just about 10 minutes. The taste was very decent and indeed slightly above our expectation.

Lovely cafe with fab interior and good food. However even though it wasn't busy the food took a very long time to arrive (~40 mins). That is the only reason why I mark it down as the staff were friendly and perhaps they were understaffed.
