Tamila was a delight, authentic flavoursome food with great service by the staff. I would recommend the chilli cheese dosa, roti and channa masala. I found the lamb curry to have a slight bitter aftertaste which wasn’t the most pleasant nevertheless we enjoyed the other dishes. The gulab jamun and mango soft-serve was a refreshing treat after our mains and served the right balance of sweetness. Would I stop by here again whilst visiting London? Yes.

The menu is relatively small; would recommend coming with a group of friends so that you can try most of the items on the menu because everything is fantastic and super flavourful. The chicken lollipops and onion bhajis are a must order, and get the roti and garlic naan instead of rice.

After reading many reviews on Tamila, we decided to visit. We arrived half hour early before our booking, but we were still given a table. We were looked after by a wonderful waitress named Mikaela. She was very helpful, and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was lively, and the food was excellent. It was full of flavour. Mikaela even took the time to speak to us even though she was busy. It's very difficult to find excellent customer service. Full marks to Mikaela. Throughly recommended this place.
