Reserved a table/date/time online stating it was my birthday and for 3 family. I had been to Sushimaina, whetstone branch years ago and decided to revisit with my ma and sister who never been before and never had Japanese food. Alot of 'bells and whistles' which they were not accustomed to order through a QR code. Multitasking on eating and ordering at the same time. I did mention to the waiter that on their website menu for Bottomless order (buffet) it said 1.45 hours and he said its only for 1 hour! So to be honest it's not a buffet if there is a time restriction of 1 hour. However food was fresh and delicious. 1st round dishes came out at once then further orders one by one.We had over 20 dishes, no birthday celebration or even a 'courtesy dessert'. Mentioned again it was my birthday to another waitress and she just smiled out of confusion and provided the bill. Strict policy on food wastage which is good to educate customers. However mix feeling about the experience. Not as relaxing as a standard restaurant, overpriced considering other branches are £26.50. My personal opinion this order should have been £24 per head due to dishes are small. All staff were attentive instantly.

Delicious, tasty food. Our party has the bottomless sushi. We thoroughly enjoyed each item that we had. I do recommend bottomless as you can order more every 15mins. I especially loved the sushi cones, very filling. Would love to come back ASAP.
