Exceptional First Experience at Sushi Dog, Westfield (14th August) I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Sushi Dog at Westfield for the very first time today (14th August), and I truly cannot fault a single aspect of my experience — from start to finish, it was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, I was warmly welcomed by Bianca, who was phenomenal. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect or how to go about ordering, but she was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the menu options, offering helpful suggestions while making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. Her customer service was exceptional — she genuinely went above and beyond, and made me feel like a valued guest. Following Bianca’s warm introduction, I was served by a wonderful team including Syed, Said, Samjhana, and Papoo — and what an amazing team they are! Each one of them brought a friendly and positive energy that elevated the whole experience. They worked efficiently and with such genuine enthusiasm, all while keeping smiles on their faces. You can really tell that the staff here take pride in their service and care about the customer experience. The food itself was absolutely delicious — fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavour — but what really stood out today was the incredible service. It’s rare to find a team so consistently kind, helpful, and professional. I can confidently say I’ll be back — and I’ll be recommending Sushi Dog at Westfield to friends, family, and anyone who appreciates great food and genuinely outstanding service. Make sure Syed, Sai, Samjhana, Ka Wai, Papoo, and Bianca know they’re absolute stars! They work together so well and honestly make this the best Sushi Dog branch within a 100-mile radius. On top of that, they’re all genuinely lovely people. Thank you, will definitely be coming back again for the 20th time
