Update - do not visit when they're busy (like when there's a game at the nearby stadium). I visited in person on a game day and ordered the katsu curry, then waited. And waited. I noticed them packaging up some orders and leaving them on the back counter. Waited loads more. Finally asked the staff member how long it's going to be (because at that point I'd been waiting about 35-40 minutes). Oh, your food's ready, he says, and gives me one of the orders that's been sitting on the back katsu quietly steaming on top of the rice, for more than 20 minutes. So not only have i been kept waiting for no reason because the staff were too disorganised to give customers food after making it, my food is now kinda soggy and lukewarm. 2 guys who ordered right after me were also given soggy food, so this is not an isolated one-off - it's a sign of a kitchen completely unable to cope with the volume of orders on busy nights. So, when they're quiet, it's a 5/5. When they're busy, more like a 2/5. ----- Previous review: Ordered katsu chicken curry - very nice! Generous portions, friendly staff. Freshly prepared and the chicken stayed crispy when I got it home.
