Supernova isn't trying to reinvent the wheel, and that's its genius. They focus on one thing – the classic smashed burger – and they have perfected it.

I really enjoyed this well priced, classic, smash cheeseburger. The service was fast once I'd figured it out. There was a big queue outside but it wasn't clear that was people who had ordered already and you needed to go into the super packed restaurant to order. But the burger really was very good, deliciously crispy around the edge and not too greasy. It tasted like everything you imagine when you think of a really classic but really good burger.
