I’ve always enjoyed Subway for its fresh ingredients and ability to customize every bite—but unfortunately, this particular branch near Tesco in Wembley doesn’t quite live up to the brand’s usual standards. There was only one staff member working, which meant service was slow and a bit disorganized. The space didn’t feel particularly clean, and overall, the atmosphere lacked the warmth or energy you’d hope for in a quick lunch stop. It just didn’t give me a good vibe. That being said, Subway itself is still a solid option when it comes to sandwiches, and the food quality here was fine. But for this location, the experience fell short of what I usually expect from the chain. Hopefully with better staffing and some attention to cleanliness, it could easily be a 4 or 5-star spot.
