Consistently inconsistent. Sandwiches can be hit and miss, which is a bit disappointing. More bread then filling, can't believe they don't even give you an option to put butter on the bread so it can be super dry.

I’ve been coming to this subway a few times in the past couple weeks, and each time the service has been utmost terrible. I always order ahead on the app because they have discounts on there and by the time I get to the shop it’s ready. I don’t understand how a simple interaction of me collecting an order can create so much disrespect. This happened a couple times and each time I brushed it off because I thought maybe they are having a bad day etc etc Last time I went in, I ordered ahead and it was an Asian guy beside the manager working handed me the subway with just the wrapper with no bag when I paid for a bag. When I asked for a bag politely he rolled his eyes and just looked fed up. Today I went into the store and the manager was taking orders and there was a queue going. All of a sudden he stopped taking customers orders when there was 4 people in line and started to make an online just eat order when there’s no driver in the restaurant. I was in front of him for 5 minutes standing and he didn’t say anything, I said hello and he didn’t respond. Then a lady in the hijab helped me skip the queue and gave my online order. They have been skimping in the subway too, they literally added a tablespoon of lettuce and salad to my subway. Honestly This place needs a MANAGEMENT change NOW.
