The macchiato had even more ice than drink

Staff just don’t care. Three of them standing there doing nothing. Could have informed me the filter coffee had been standing for a long time. Was barely warm - if I hadn’t been in such a hurry I would have complained. Bad service. Busy gossiping amongst themselves at 9 am. Poor.
