I’ve visited many Starbucks locations across London, the UK, and internationally — and sadly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The service was noticeably poor, with staff (AMAD) offering no warmth or basic courtesy. You’d expect, at the very least, a smile or some acknowledgement when serving paying customers. It’s disappointing, as customer experience is such a core part of the brand. I won’t be in a hurry to return to this branch. Avoid if you can!
