We were running late for our train, a lovely tanned brunette/dark haired shorter man (I apologize for not noticing your name, and I would guess Thai/Vietnamese) went over and beyond to serve us. We didn’t even queue, he helped me with his iPad, and went and made our drink first so we’d get the train still! Thinking out of the office and so efficient. You are a star.

The 5 stars go to Jhoh, who served us on Wednesday morning. Jhoh was friendly, smiley, and his interactions with us show how he has a great sense of humour. After receiving our order, we wanted to thank him for actively listening to how my sister's name is spelt, as many Starbucks employees create their own variations despite it being spelt out. However, he had disappeared. Hopefully he sees this - Jhoh, you're a star keep being you! Thank you 😎
