Peter was lovely and really went overboard to make sure I was okay with my order. I really appreciated this as I know this branch tends to be really busy. Amazing service and will be coming back for sure.

I got the wrost service from stratford starbuck. I asked for cream they was not first agree to put then they put the cream on top. I bought 30 pound food but their service and behavior was rude. Tejas named employee was wrost his service. Wrost behavior. need to learn behave.

Absolutely unacceptable service. One of your team members, “Ariadas,” showed shocking disrespect and an outright lack of basic decency. We simply asked for a glass of tap water — as staff from another branch, no less — and were flatly denied, with a condescending and dismissive attitude that was beyond unprofessional. This kind of treatment is disgraceful and completely unacceptable. Staff or not, no customer deserves to be spoken to like that. Sort it out.
