I really wanted a caffeine free iced tea while waiting for my friend so I placed a custom order of iced mint blend. The lady- Babra who took my order explained that it's not really a menu item but she would make it for me if I really wanted it. I appreciate that it is quite tedious, having to brew the tea and then iced it but Babra was so kind and patient. I'm really grateful to her going out of her way! Thank you!

I ordered a drink, wanting to try something new. After ordering, I realized 0 sugar was way too little, so I asked for more sugar. One of the employees was about to do it when the cash register employee, Aryaa, steps in and said you can’t do that because u ordered 0 sugar and you get what you get. I tried explaining the situation to him but he decides to shrug it off and ignore me. Such bad customer service. Thanks for nothing Aryaa
