I’ve been a regular customer at Spiceyz (Trevor Estate) for quite some time now, and overall, I’ve had a good experience. The burgers are definitely a highlight always tasty, fresh, and well prepared. The staff are friendly, polite, and make you feel welcome, which I really appreciate. Great customer service like that goes a long way and is one of the reasons I keep coming back. However, I would like to mention a couple of things that could be improved. The chicken and hot wings have visible hairs on them, which is quite off-putting. Because of this, I usually avoid ordering them. I really hope the management takes note and ensures the chicken pieces and wings are properly cleaned and checked before being served. Another thing is the use of ketchup on the Doner kebabs. Sometimes there's just too much ketchup added, which makes it hard to enjoy the actual flavour of the Doner. It would be better if the staff could ask customers first if they want ketchup or how much they’d prefer. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that these small issues can be improved. I still enjoy the food overall, and I think with a bit more attention to these details, Spiceyz can continue being one of the best local spots in the area. Thanks to the team for the good service, and I look forward to seeing continued improvements.
