I absolutely love this restaurant! Their food is incredibly delicious and I literally go there 4 times a week. However, the experience really depends on who’s around. When the manager is there, it becomes quite unpleasant because he is very rude, which really contrasts with the quality of the restaurant. It’s a shame, as it takes away from the overall experience. On the other hand, I have to give a special mention to Shuzan, who is always so kind and welcoming. He makes every customer feel comfortable and truly adds to the positive atmosphere definitely an asset to the restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its amazing food, but I hope the customer service becomes more consistent in the future.

Spice Hut is always one step ahead. The food, environment, and service always make me feel special. They treat every customer like family—like a brother or someone close. Sometimes there's a delay in getting the food due to the rush, but otherwise, everything is perfect. The older gentleman and his nephew sojon/sujon are so much fun and incredibly friendly.
