I came to London since 2007 This is the best and finest turkish kebab in London I ever have also have special dishes which are super . Meat quality is super Taste marvellous Highly recommend

urt dışına çıkan çoğu kişiden aynı şeyleri duyarsınız. Yurt dışında Türk restorantları çok kötüdür. Genelde tavuk dönerci havası olan dandik ve ayak altı işletmeler. En iyileri Türkiye'deki sıradan lokantalar ayarında olur maalesef. Bu duruma rağmen döner ve kebabı dünyaya tanıtmışız. Halbuki döner ve kebaba gelmeden ne kadar çok yemek çeşitliliğimiz var bizim. Düşünsenize ya yurtdışındaki Türk lokanta sahipleri işlerine gerçekten sahip çıksalardı ve kaliteden ödün vermeselerdi sonuç ne olurdu? Türk mutfağını şöyle tanımlasam haksızlık yapmam sanırım. İçi dolu dükkan ;ama ana cadde üzerinde değil. Satamıyoruz. Dükkanın içi malzeme dolu ama iflas etmek üzereyiz. Pazarlama yok, strateji yok ucuza kaçma çok, kalite yok. Yurt dışında genellikle Türk lokantalarını maalesef tercih etmiyorum. @sofralondon tüm bu söylediklerimin dediklerimin dışında kalıyor. Sofra ile ilk 2012 yılında tanışmıştım. Daha önceki seyahatlerimde neden burada yemek yemedim diye hayıflandım. Üst üste 3 akşam yemeğimi yediğim bir yerden bahsediyorum. Üst üste 3 gün aynı yerde eviniz haricinde hiç bir yerde yememişsinizdir, değil mi? İşte işin sırrı burada. Evinizde gibisiniz, lezzet evdeki gibi ayrıca modern dokunuşlarla lezzet sanatla buluşturuluş, kaliteli servis ile birleşince Londra'nın en iyi restoranları arasına giriyor. Önünde uzun kuyruk oluşan bir işletme. Türk damak tadını Londra'ya kanıtlamış bir yer. Londra'nın merkezinde, dekor,ambiyans,kalite,servis harikulade. Hani hep derim ya Michelin yıldızı alınacaksa ve Türk mutfağı dünyaya tanıtılacaksa eğer tencere yemeklerimiz ve Osmanlı saray mutfağını fine dining konseptinde sunabildiğimizde başarabiliriz. Döner ve kebap fastfood ile değil. Kaliteyi, eğitimi ve sürdürülebilir olmayı sağladıktan sonra başarı peşinden geliyor zaten. Gurur duyduğum lokanta. Londra'ya gidecek olanlara ilk tavsiye edeceğim yer.
