A restaurant with a name I couldn’t pronounce properly comes with their expectational steam pot! Their seafood steam pot is excellent and that’s is what this restaurant is all about. Their seafood steam pictures attached speak volumes and I need not say anything further. However, what the pictures couldn’t show are the essence of the seafood being retained into the soup and I highly recommend ending your meal with boiled rice put into the steamy hot soup to soak up everything before landing into your warm stomach. Food 9/10, ambience 7/10, service 7/10, value for money 9/10. A hidden gem highly recommend to those who want to give their palates a break from the generally loud and heavy source based, grilled and fried food culture in Britain.
