I have just had a delicious and nutritious lunch at Rude Health Cafe. In addition to the exceptional levels of customer service, and a diverse product offering, particularly plant based options, the price points were very fair. In today's day and age where where cost of living is a consideration for all, Rude Health's price points could be considerably higher, especially based on the geographic location of the cafe, but less than £4 for a coffee, and £5 for a healthy sized quesadilla presents outstanding value for money.

Was expecting big things from the coffee, from the decor and pricing, but it was pretty average to be honest. It's like that fruity experimental coffee, not really what I was looking for. I'm sure other people like it. I feel like latte shouldn't be so fruity, more biscuity or nutty. Maybe I just got unlucky, but it also felt very impersonal. The layout feels imposing for some reason, so I just sort of stood awkwardly near the counter while the staff talked and I had to interrupt to get served. It might just be bad luck, but it did feel a bit like I was imposing. Funky place am sure, but didn't really blow me away. Sofia down the road is cheaper and nicer if you're just want a decent coffee.
