Visited recently and found the food to be quite nice but the service not so great. Not friendly, from the 'fluffer' ( the one who gets you in) to the serving staff. Smiling and being pleasant costs nothing.

Slow food, bad service, hidden mandatory charges… good food though. BLATANTLY Ignored by one of the waitress who was standing about doing nothing but chatting to her colleague after clearly asking for her the bill. Waited about 10 minutes just to leave… probably about 20-30 minutes to get the food itself. Not good enough… Thankfully the chefs make a really good risotto.

Came here for an evening meal. Very good service from start to finish. Couldn't fault the waitresses. The chef did an amazing job on the meals. Very Italian place. Serves all kind of delicious meals. Thank you for a great time. Will definitely be back again when we visit London.
