I would buy a tea to go for breakfast here while staying at the hotel in front. Great tea, and not expensive. The bagel was also good. For this, I would give it a four-star. However, in my last day in London, as I was leaving the hotel, an employee rushed out of the bar and approached me to tell me the previous day he had made a mistake and charged my for an English breakfast instead of an English breakfast tea (I did not pay attention to how much they charged me, to be honest), so he gave me the money difference back. That's how awesome customer service looks like for me.
