My ramen today had a tasty truffle soup base, noodles cooked right. However the mock chicken was fried too much, making it too chewy, and I wished the dumplings were also more steamed than fried.

Neat ramen place in the Mercato. I rly like the vibe here so would recommend. Anything miso-y works for me like a charm, and this stall delivers just that. tasty

this was tasty!!! cool to read this was once fully vegan (rip) and can tell by how TASTE the vegan chicken was. loses a star cos would have appreciated a bit more katsu sauce and maybe even some more chicken perhaps??? sits nicely in mercatos vibe
