PYRO is a vibe that deserves more attention than its slightly out-of-the-way location will naturally offer it. The front terrace is built for cocktails and grazing plates. The main restaurant is offering exceptional food and top end service. To start, grab a couple of pillowy potato pitta and a selection of dips. The spiced feta is a must order. Follow it with a couple of Spanakopita Pastel de Nata (only the shape is taken from the Portuguese treat) and a pork skewer. And then the main event - the aubergine is cooked to perfection on open fire, and with a delicious red sauce. The lamb is excellent. And the potatoes are a top tier side. PYRO may not have the industry buzz of some of the other Greek-inspired openings in Borough Market (cough cough), but than reeks of injustice to me. Well worth your time.

Beautiful indoor restaurant with a lot of thought put in to the setting which overall felt like it came from an island in the Aegean. Very professional and attentive staff with a friendly demeanor too! The food is excellent and well priced considering the effort that's gone in to building the flavours which in every dish we tried were excellent. We felt very looked after and very satisfied.
